4 not 5 because it supports iPhone 4 resolution but not iPhone 5. The games a fiver but we need bigger resolution!

Terrible game, game often lags for me and it runs slow on my iPhone 5. Parts of the game doesnt have music or any sound effects playing and the game isnt optimized for my iPhone 5. I want a refund.

I would rate this game higher if I could also... IMO the best game on iOS!

Love the story and the fights and boss battles are very good and hard to beat some of them. I also love the music in this game.This is one game you should get!

I bought this game when I bought my new iPhone 6, last week. I was really excited to play an amazing game but it just doesnt work. Its stuck at initializing. I emailed support, and they told me they are aware of the issue but dont know when itll be fixed as their busy....oh. I just spent $18 on a game that doesnt work and you cant say more than that? Really really disappointed

I have had this game for like, a year plus a few months by now, and had it because it came on sale back then. Now, Im seriously disappointed because I got iOS 8 ((which each day passes I hate it more and more)) and when I click this game it pops up with "Initializing" and nothing happens. Like, I want to play my game please, do something about this update, its been long enough since the last update, a new one is appreciated. People like ^ are losing money on this ridiculous amount of slack. I read some Reddit pages about this and an update is seriously needed by now. I beat the game and "still" playing because its amazing. So 5 stars, but Im pretty upset about this, its a large app and my phone doesnt hold alot of space, so this is literaly my only game along side The original Flappy Bird ):

BUYER BEWARE. waste of money until square updates this game

This is an expensive game to not have support for the latest software. I brought a 128gb iPhone 6 to be able to not worry about its 2.4gb install size. Dont pull off a Sega and never update sonic 4 ep2 for iOS 7-8 even though they said they would. Until then, I will leave it on my device and wait for the red icon on the App Store telling me to update this awesome game.

I can even start playing the game it just stays on initializing forever and it cost me 17$ please fix

Its been months and no update or word on the status of TWEWY. (Besides "we know its broken.") Dont even bother with this game until theyve confirmed its fixed.

I had this game on my old phone and it worked fine. However, on my new phone (its an iPhone 5s) it doesnt work!! Im thinking its because of iOS 8. So hurry up and fix the damn problem.

This is one of my favourite games of all time. I hate to give it a one star rating, as it used to work fine on my 5. However, the game seems to perpetually he stuck on the "initializing..." screen on my 6 Plus running 8.1.2. Hopefully this poor rating (with regret) will get Square Enixs attention. Otherwise it would surely be 5 stars.

Square Enix confirmed in a support ticket that they will not update TWEWY for iOS 8 or any future iOS version. You can contact Apple for a refund if you recently purchased it.

Until the iOS 8 is fixed do not buy this game. Even if you still using an older iOS think about the future for when you update device.

I got this game around the time it came out for iOS, and got the original DS version. I love it. But if there are no fixes coming soon to make the game run again, or at least some manner of update beyond "We know it doesnt work", Im going to demand my money back. This isnt a 2 dollar or King game, and having paid a considerable sum I expect good service and a good product. Please at least let us know about any progress at all with fixing this game.

Square Enix, so like do you guys even care abiut this game anymore, many people love this gsme including me and you still havent released the update yet whats the hold up? and if not i want my money back!

How long does it take to "investigate the matter"? This game hasnt been working since iOS 8 came out. Every other app (at least not published by Square Enix) has been updated. Not to mention this is a pricey app in this day and age. I would give it a zero star, but I dont think you can.

Theres nothing much to say. But I just cant wait til i can play it again. Im gonna put 5 stars, once it work again.
